Product use: For filtration and purification of molten aluminum and aluminum alloy, it is particularly suitable for the production of high-purity, high-precision aluminum and aluminum alloy.

 

 

Ordering requirements: Based on product quality and process requirements, case structure has overall lining and assembly lining; filtering form has horizontal type and plug-in type; filtering pass has single-stage, two-stage and three-stage.

Product performance: Filter-BSH filter bowl has a corundum pre-fabricated lining, high density, high strength, erosion resistance, burning resistance, impact resistance, good insulation, and long life. 

 

Note: Filter-BSH filter bowl is a combination of pre-fabricated lining, fiber insulation lining and a steel shell . Pre-fabricated lining has removed the structural water through sintering, and for the first use it must be heated up to 250 ℃ to exclude any adsorbed water.
