Pie shaped, it is used for changing crystal lattice of aluminum and aluminum alloy.

 

Usage for all

1.for Ti, Mn, Fe, Cu, Cr additive, remove package first, then calculate dosage on the basis of the aluminum quantity and alloy yield. Keep molten aluminum temperature at 730-750°C,put additive into molten aluminum, and shut stove door for 20-30 mins, fully mix for 10 mins by manpower or electromagnet, and slagging-off.

2. adjust temperature and keep in stove for another 10 mins, then fully mix again, and refining another 15mins with refining flux and slag-off again, finally reach to  alloying.

3.aluminum strontium alloy, remove package and keep the temperature at 730-745°C after alloying, then keep in stove for 10 mins, then fully mix and refine for another 10 mins with high-purity nitrogen or argon gas, finallly keep in stove for 25 and done.

Package and Conserve
2KG/Bag, 40KG/Box, 1000KG/Dozen, keep  in ventilated and dry environment. Guarantee period 12 moths. Gather package and dispose, no burning inside stove.
